When you apply with Hazelwood Video Productions by clicking on the Sign up for the Hazelwood Video Productions member seals , Apply Today links, or by calling 1-800-825-3301 to become a certified Hazelwood Video Productions member and receive one or all of our seals, we will use the personal information you provide-name, address, e-mail address, company information-to review your application and to aid you in completing the certification process.

Once your company is certified by Hazelwood Video Productions, we will use the application information to offer on-going support and to communicate with you on a regular basis. At times, we may offer you the opportunity to receive information about other products and services, from third-party partners. Hazelwood Video Productions guarantees that we will not share any personal information with any third party companies, unless we receive permission from you to do so.

Any personal information that you have previously submitted on a Hazelwood Video Productions application, or any changes or updates to your company name, address, e-mail, phone number will be used in the seal certification renewal process. Hazelwood Video Productions will not share the information you provide with any third-party companies, without your permission.

Reporting Hazelwood Video Productions Seal Fraud
